CALL TO ORDER <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at <br /> 7:00 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Acting Mayor LeTourneau. <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau reported that Gary Levine passed away suddenly the previous week. <br /> He stated that Gary has been a longtime resident and served the City for many years, including as <br /> the Chair of the Planning Commission.
