7.05: Consider Adoption of Ordinance #16-10 Approving a Zoning Amendment Related <br /> to Brookfield 8th Addition (Project #16-78); Case of Brookfield Land, LLC. <br /> Consultant City Planner Maas reviewed the staff report and recommendation from the Planning <br /> Commission to approve Ordinance 916-10 to rezone a portion of the subject property from R-1 <br /> Residential (Rural Developing) to R-1 Residential (MUSA). <br /> Motion by Councilmember Johns, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to waive the City <br /> Charter requirements to read the ordinance aloud and Adopt Ordinance 916-10 Amending <br /> Section 117-90 "Map" of Chapter 117 of the City Code of Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> Councilmember Riley aye <br /> Councilmember Shryock aye <br /> Councilmember Williams aye <br /> Councilmember Johns aye <br /> Councilmember Kuzma aye <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau aye <br /> Mayor Strommen absent <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br /> Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent Riverblood provided an update on the <br /> Mississippi River Trail project noting that if the unseasonably warm weather continues the <br /> paving may occur still this fall. He advised of an upcoming card making class. <br /> 9.
