CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING (CANVASSING) <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Ramsey City Council conducted a Canvassing Board Meeting on Tuesday, November 15, <br /> 2016, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Mayor Sarah Strommen <br /> Councilmember Jill Johns <br /> Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br /> Councilmember John LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Melody Shryock <br /> Councilmember Chris Riley <br /> Councilmember Kristine Williams <br /> Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br /> City Clerk Jo Ann Thieling <br /> City Engineer Bruce Westby <br /> Public Works Director Grant Riemer <br /> Civil Engineer IV Len Linton <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Strommen called the City Council Canvassing Board to order at 5:45 p.m. <br /> 2. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> There was none. <br /> 3. APPROVE AGENDA <br /> Motion by Councilmember LeTourneau, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to approve the <br /> agenda as presented. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers LeTourneau, Kuzma, Johns, <br /> Shryock, Riley, and Williams. Voting No: None. <br /> 4. COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> 4.01: Declare the Results of the November 8, 2016 General Election <br /> City Clerk Thieling explained the purpose of tonight's Canvassing Board meeting is to accept <br /> and declare the results of the City General Election. She noted the results of the November 8, <br /> 2016, General Election local races: 15,398 registered voters as of Election Day and 1,882 <br /> Canvassing Board Meeting/November 15, 2016 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
