SECTION 01 41 00 <br /> REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS <br /> PART 1—GENERAL <br /> 1.01 SUMMARY <br /> This Section lists those permits referred to in the General Conditions,Section 6.08 that are applicable to this project. <br /> A. Permits obtained by Contractor. <br /> 1. The Contractor shall be separately responsible for obtaining the National Pollution Discharge Elimination <br /> System(NPDES)Permit from the MPCA. <br /> 2. City of Ramsey Building Permit. <br /> 3. City of Ramsey Contractors License. <br /> Contractor shall be responsible for paying all fees and posting any bonds that may be required as a condition to any <br /> Owner or Contractor obtained permit.
