SECTION 33 29 00 <br /> WELL ABANDONMENT <br /> PART 1-GENERAL <br /> 1.01 SECTION INCLUDES <br /> A. Abandon Well <br /> PART 2-PRODUCTS(NOT USED) <br /> PART 3-EXECUTION <br /> 3.01 ABANDON WELL <br /> A. This work consists of abandoning the existing water well in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health <br /> regulations and Minnesota Rule Chapter 4725 "Wells and Borings". <br /> B. This work shall be completed by a licensed well Contractor. <br /> C. After sealing, the Contractor shall submit a Well and Boring Sealing Record to the Minnesota Department of <br /> Health. <br /> D. Cut and Remove the well casing to the elevation as directed by the Owner or Engineer after sealing. <br /> 3.02 METHOD OF MEASUREMENT <br /> A. The Owner will measure by each well successfully abandoned in accordance with Minnesota Department of <br /> Health regulations. <br /> 3.03 METHOD OF PAYMENT <br /> A.
