Bruce Bacon is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of approximately <br />ten acres fro~ a 22 acre parcel in the Ri-Res/dent/al District adjacent to his <br />property. Hr. Bacon is requestinE this subdivision in order to split off the <br />ten acres, purchase that property, and combine it vith his lot to use for <br />agricultural purposes. In addition, Hr. Bacon's neighbor is interested in <br />purchasing the remaining 12 acres from the 22 acre parcel and combine that vith <br />her property. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission revieved Hr. Bacon's request on July 8, 1986 <br />and reconmended approval of the metes and bounds subdivision since ~tr.
