Of the nenbers of the commission first appointed, three (3) shall be appointed for the term of one (1) year, three (3) for the tern of tvs (2) years, and three (3) for the term of three (3) years. Every appointed member shall, before entering upon the discharge of his duties, take an oath that he viii faithfully discharge the duties of his office. All hashers shall serve vithout compensation. Commission members uny be reimbursed for their necessary expenses incurred as a result of being a connnission member. Nembers should have an interest in the City of Ransey and eurroundini area and at least t~o-thirds (2/3) of its nembers shall be residents of the City of Ramsay. ORGANIZATION. liEKTING. ETC.: · he City Council shall appoint the co~ission's first chairman for a one year term. After said first year, the conmiaaion shall elect a chai~nan fro~ mnon~ its appointed members for a term of one year and each year thereafter. The commission shall elect at its first meeting a vice chairman for a term of one year and each year thereafter. The commission may create and fill such other offices as it ~ay determine and create subconnnittees as it deems necessary to accomplish its purpose. The commission shall hold at least one regular meetinl~ each month at a ti~ne and place as agreed upon by its members. It shall follov Robert's Rules of Order as revised, 2nd edition, for the transaction of business and shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, and findings, vhich record aha11 be a public record. Said record aha11 be transmitted to the City for its revlev on a monthly basis. On or before January first of each year, the con, isaiah aha11 submit to the City Council a report of its york during the preceding year.
