ORDINANCE 86- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSKY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 130,.04 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE 'NON <br />INTOXICATING I"LALT LIQUOR" CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 130o04 OF THE CITY CODE <br />OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTAo <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AHENDIqENT <br /> <br />Section 130.046 paragraph a. Persons Ineligible for License <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> a. Under twenty-one (21) years of age. <br /> <br />Section 130.048 paragraph 3, Conditions of License is <br /> <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 3. No beer shall be sold or served to any intoxicated <br /> person or to any person under twenty-one (21) years of age. <br /> Section 130.048 paragraph 5, Condition of Premises is hereby <br /> deleted. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. CERTAIN PERSONS ]~XCEPTED <br /> <br /> A person who was born on or before September 1, 1967 may <br /> continue to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages and shall be <br /> treated for purposes of this ordinance as a person who is 21 <br /> years old. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. PENALTY <br /> <br /> Any person violating any provision of this ordinance is <br /> guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by <br /> a fine of not more then $750.00 or imprisonment for not more than <br /> ninety (90) days or both. <br /> <br /> <br />
