4. No person shall tnduce a person under the age of twenty- <br />one (21) years to purchase or procure or obtain intoxicating <br />liquor. <br /> <br /> 5. Any person who may appear to the licensee, his employees <br />or agents, to be under the age of twenty-one (21) shall, upon <br />demand of the licensee, his employee or agent, produce and permit <br />to be examined an identification certificate issued by any clerk <br />of the District Court in the State of Minnesota pursuant to <br />Section 626.31~ through 626.319, Minnesota Statutes. <br /> <br /> 6. In every prosecution for a violation of the provisions <br />of this ordinance relating to the sale or furnishing of <br />intoxicatng liquor to persons under the age of twenty-one (2~) <br />years, and in every proceeding before the city council with <br />respect thereto, the fact that the minor involved has obtained <br />and presented to the licensee, his employee or agent, a verified <br />identification card issued by the clerk of any District Court in <br />the State of Minnesota, from which it appears that said person <br />was twenty-one (21) years of age and was regularly issued such <br />identification card, shall be prima facie evidence that the <br />licensee, his agent or employee is not guilty of a violation of <br />such a provision and shall be conclusive evidence that a <br />violation, if one has occurred, was not willful or intentional. <br /> <br /> 7. Any person who may appear to the licensee, his employee <br /> or agent to be under twenty-one (2~) years of age and who does <br /> not have in his possession any identification certificate as <br /> above described may sign and execute a statement in writing as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
