NO~ THEREFORE. BE IT ]I~SOLV~I) BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CItY OF RAHSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE SI~ ItlNNESOTA, as follows: 1) That final approval of River's Bend 2nd Addition is granted contingent upon the Developers providing proof of marketable title to the property and entering into a develot~nent agreement with the City. 2) That a variance is granted for width on Lot 3, Block 1. 3) That the City viii not release the Plat to be filed with Anoka County until Rausey Ordinance ~8~-5 rezoning the subject property is in effect.
