BE IT ]I~SOLV~I) BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CItY OF RAHSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE SI~ ItlNNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That final approval of River's Bend 2nd Addition is granted contingent <br />upon the Developers providing proof of marketable title to the property and <br />entering into a develot~nent agreement with the City. <br /> <br />2) That a variance is granted for width on Lot 3, Block 1. <br /> <br /> 3) That the City viii not release the Plat to be filed with Anoka County <br />until Rausey Ordinance ~8~-5 rezoning the subject property is in effect. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution vas duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution vas declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsay <br />City Council this the day of , 198~, <br /> <br /> <br />
