Lo~ell Yasseur is .requesting a variance to the street frontage requirement <br />for access to the 40-acre parcel located southwest of 155th Avenue N~ and <br />Yariolite Street l~, Hr, Vasseur is requesting this variance so that he can <br />construct one home on this parcel, <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed Hr. Vasseur*s request and <br />determined that the property was buildable. The Commission also recommended <br />approval of Hr.
