COIDITIOILL USI I'IRNIT ACIZEliEIFT <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , 1986, between <br />the City of Ramsay, hereinafter referred to as eCity', and Gary and Cheri Rice, <br />hereinafter referred to as the 'Applicsnts'o in conjunction with the issuance <br />of a conditional use permit to operate 8 tuxedo rental business fro~ their hone <br />at 1~210 Wac· Street B.W. <br /> <br />This conditional use permit is hereby sranted contingent upon the Applicants <br />agreeing to and co. plying with the foil·wing conditions. <br /> <br />gxterior displays or signs and exterior indications of the tuxedo <br />rental bus[ness shall not be permitted except as permitted in Section <br />170.05 of the City Code. <br /> <br />The City of Ransey reserves the right to inspect the property at any <br />reasonable time if it receives complaints from adjacent property <br />G~ue rs · <br /> <br />3. This conditional use permit shall apply to that property legally <br /> described as follovs: <br /> <br />The Tdest 217.8 feet of the East &35,6 feet of the South 200 feet of <br />the North 633 feet of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, An·ks County, Ninnesota, as <br />measured along the North and East line of said West Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter (subject to an easement for roadway purposes over <br />the East 33 feet thereof). <br /> <br />This conditional use perait agreement shall be recorded vith the Anoka <br />County Recorder. <br /> <br />5. The Applicants shall be the only employees of the tuxedo rental <br /> business. <br /> <br />The Applicants understand and agree that the conditional use per. it granted <br />herein is subject to reviev at any reasonable time and shall be revieved <br />annually by City staff. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any violations of other <br />City ordinances may be cause for i~mediate revocation of this conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
