Gerald Bauer is requesting a simple subdivision of the property located <br />west of State Highway ~47 north of Green Yalley Road KW and east of Ford Brook. <br />Mr. Bauer is proposing to split off two 2-1/2 acre lots on State Highway 147 <br />and the remainder of the property is to be platted as outlots. The two lots <br />would have a co. man access from State Highway 147. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Map of proposed plat <br />c) Proposed resolution <br />d) Proposed development agreement <br /> <br />(~servations: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the proposed sketch plan on May 6, <br />1986 and recommended that Mr. Bauer proceed with the simple subdivision <br />process.
