We find the <br />plat acceptable for further development with consideration of the following <br />comments: <br /> <br /> - The existing drainage patterns and the rate of runoff should be <br /> maintained. <br /> <br /> - An entrance permit will be required for access to T.H.47. Specific <br /> requirements for the new entrance will be determined when the per- <br /> mit is applied for and processed.
