Gerald Bauer, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in conjunction with plat approval of <br />Green Valley Estates. <br /> <br />The plat of Green Valley Estates is hereby granted approval contingent upon the <br />Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1.
