Gary Rice appeared before the City Council oB July 22, 1986 with <br />an application for a conditional use permit to operate a tuxedo rental business <br />from their home at 15210 Waco Street NW. As you recall, Council denied thei~ <br />application for a conditional use permit. Nrs.
