Based on a recommendation from the <br />Personnel Committee, the City Council compensated Nr. I/irz at 15I above base <br />salary from October 1985 through Dece~er 31, 1985. In addition, the Personnel <br />Committee reviewed Hr. ~[rz's responsibilities during 19~ until the time that <br />Nr. Erickson was hired and fo~arded the following recommendation to the City <br />Council, <br /> <br />Recomnendation: <br /> <br /> It is the recommendation of the Personnel Committee that )ir.
