Counc ilmemb er <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced tbs following resolution and noved for its <br /> <br />~XSOLU~ION ~6- <br /> <br />IESOLHTION AUTBORIZING THE HAYOR AMD CITY ADHIBISTRATOI/CLZRE TO SIGN <br />APPLICATION FOR ~IMBU~qERT FOR THE CONTXIUXNC IDUCATXON OF PZACI OfflCIiS <br />AND CONSTABLES <br /> <br /> I/IlEREAS, the State of Ninnesota laws provide for the reimbursement of <br />peace officers and constables; and <br /> <br /> I/IIERKAS, the State of Hinnesota Board of Peace Officers Standards of <br />Trainin4~ requires that the City Council designate by City resolution the City <br />officials authorized to sign application form PB-07072-02 (7/84) for <br />reimbursement for the continuing education of peace officers and constables. <br /> <br />MOW THEnl~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED ~Y THE CITY COUNCIL O~ TIIE CITY OF ~AF, SEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF NI_I~ESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Nayor and City Administrator/Clerk of the City of Ramsey are <br />hereby authorized to sign the above said document for reimbursement of costs <br />for continuin~ education of Ra~sey police officers. <br /> <br /> 2) It is directed that a certified copy of this resolution be attached to <br />said document.
