Rsmsey, hereinaiter referred to as "City," <br />and ~r. Lowell Vasseur, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," <br />in conjunct ion with a varianc · to street frontage <br />requirements. <br /> <br />The variance to the street frontage requirement is hereby granted <br />approval, contingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and complying <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Only one building permit will be issued to the Applicant <br /> for a residentiaI structure on the property. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall deed a &0 foot easement for roadway <br />purposes along the northern boundary of the property to <br />the City. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall comply with all requirements of <br />Ordinance 185-2 regardin~ shorelands protection. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall maintain a 40 foot front yard <br />setback from the 40 foot road easement. <br /> <br />That this development agreement shall be recorded as <br />part of the Applicant's deed. <br /> <br />The variance to the street frontage requirement shall <br />apply to that property legally described aa <br />fol lows: <br /> <br />The Southeast quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 21 , Township 32, Range 25 , Anoka County , <br />Hinnesota. Subject to easement to Rural Cooperative <br />Power Association dated April 12, 1967. <br /> <br /> <br />
