These three items are by far the most common complaints we receive. Highway 10 is a hot
topic for many businesses. Some speak very passionately about the city's need to take a stronger
stand on the image of Highway 10 (signs, unpaved areas, outside storage, blight, traffic flow,
property maintenance).
AAA Staff receives feedback from Ramsey businesses on a regular basis, outside of formal business
visits. More often than not, businesses support more housing, including more apartments (for
workforce reasons, and quality of life for employees). However, there is a noticeable amount of
businesses that very strongly oppose more apartments (for degrading character of community,
property values, and increase crime). This is a hot topic for businesses.
Unedited/ -. results
