CASE ~1: <br /> <br /> INDUSTRIAL UTILITIES <br />By: Dav£d Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In the afternoon of September 9, 1986, the City of Ramsey will receive bids for <br />sanitary sewer and water improvements to the Industrial Area of Ramsey. These <br />bids will be tabulated and a recommendation provided by the City Engineer <br />relating to the appropriate award. <br /> <br />A resolution is being drafted and will be available at the Council meeting <br />which will: <br /> <br />1) Order the entire improvement; <br />2) Set out the financial plan; <br />3) Award a contract to the successful bidder. <br /> <br />Prior to the Council's adoption of such an ordinance, a report will be <br />presented by myself, City Engineer Pete Raatikka, and City Attorney Bill <br />Goodrich regarding the status of easements, contracts, financing and other <br />matters relating to the proposed project. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution #86- ordering Project #86-16, approving the proposed <br />financing methods, and awarding a contract to · <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Bond Counsel <br /> <br /> <br />
