The City of Kamsey hereby ordains: gection 1. ~ The City of ILamsey is authorized by Minnesots Statutes, Section ~44.16 through 444.21 (the Act) to estsblish stor~ sever improvement tax districts for the purposes of construction and finsncin~ stor~ severs and related facilities within such districts. Section 2. ~ The City Council hereby finds and determines that it is necessary and desireable for the proper control of stor~ drainage and flooding in the City to use the authority contained in the Act to establish a storm sever improvement tax district. Section 3. Boundary of District The Mississippi River Drainage District is established. The boundaries of the district are as follows: That part of the City of Ramsay, Anoka County, liinnesota, lying southerly and westerly of a line described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, which is a point on the west corporate limits of said City of ILa~sey; thence easterly, alon~ the east-west quarter line of said Section 18, to its intersection with the east line of the west 50 rods of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 18; thence northerly, along said east line of the west 50 rods, to the northwest corner of Outlot A, NORTIt¥ORK, according to the record plat thereof; thence easterly, alon~ the north line of said Outlot t, to the southeast corner of Lot 6, Block 4 in said plat; thence northerly, along the easterly line of said Lot 6, and its northerly extension, to the intersection with the centerline of Fortmann Circle in said plat; thence northerly, along said centerline of Fortmann Circle, to its intersection with the westerly extension of the north line of Lot 9, Block 1, in said plat; thence easterly, along said north line of Lot 9 and its westerly extension, to the northeast corner of said Lot 91 thence northerly, along the vest line of Lot 13, Block 1, in said plat, to the northwest corner of said Lot 13; thence easterly, along the north line of said Lot 13, to the northeast corner thereof; thence southerly, southeasterly and easterly, along the vesterly, southwesterly and southerly lines of Lot 14, Block 1, in said plat, to the southeast corner of Lot 14; thence southerly, along the easterly line of Lot 15, Block 1, in said plat, to the northerly line
