The City of ILamsey hereby ordains: Section 1. ~ The City of Ra~sey is authorized by Minnesota Statutes, Section 444.16 through 444.21 (the Act) to establish stor~ sever i~provement tax districts for the purposes of construction and financin~ stor~ sewers and related facilities within such districts. Section 2.
