Counc ilmember ~oved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution And ~ESOLUTION ~ 86- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR WIDMER, INC. (PROJECTS 186- 17, 18 & 20 FLINTWOOD HILLS THIRD ADDITION) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved the following project in the City of Ramsey on March 25, 1 986; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~86-108 awarding the bid to Widmer, Inc. for the construction of utilities and streets in Flintwood Hills Third Addition; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanaon Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment to Widmer, Inc. in the amount of $60,886.49. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAHSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Widmer, Inc. for utilities and streets in Flintwood Hills Third Addition in the amount of $60,886.49. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution ~86-~ approving payment of the bills for the month of Septen~er, 1986. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following were absent: and the following abstained: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of September, 1986.
