Counc i ! memb e r and moved for its adoption: introduced the following re~olution IESOLUTION ~86-__ RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR H & S ASPHALT COMPANY (Project ~86-15 - 153rd Avenue N.W. from Puma Street N.W. to Andrie Street N.W.) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved the following project in the City of Ramsey on April 22, 1 986: The extension of 153rd Avenue N.W. from Puma Street N.W. to Andrie Street N.W. and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~$6-120 awarding the bid to H & S Asphalt Company for the construction of the extension of 153rd Avenue N.W. from Puma Street to ~mdrie Street N.W.; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Bakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment to H & S Asphalt amount of $17,299.50. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R_AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF NINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to H & S Asphalt Company for the extension of 153rd Avenue from Puma Street N.W. to Andrie Street N.W. in the amount of $17,299.50. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution ~$6-___ approving payment of the bills for the month of September, 1986. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following were absent: Resolution ~86-
