Counc i ! memb e r <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following re~olution <br /> <br />IESOLUTION ~86-__ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR H & S ASPHALT COMPANY <br />(Project ~86-15 - 153rd Avenue N.W. from Puma Street N.W. to <br />Andrie Street N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey <br />approved the following project in the City of Ramsey on April 22, <br />1 986: <br /> <br />The extension of 153rd Avenue N.W. from Puma <br />Street N.W. to Andrie Street N.W. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution ~$6-120 awarding the bid to H & S Asphalt Company for <br />the construction of the extension of 153rd Avenue N.W. from Puma <br />Street to ~mdrie Street N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Bakanson <br />Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment to H & S Asphalt <br />amount of $17,299.50. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />R_AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF NINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />authorizes partial payment to H & S Asphalt Company for the <br />extension of 153rd Avenue from Puma Street N.W. to Andrie Street <br />N.W. in the amount of $17,299.50. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />form for this partial payment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is <br />not included in Resolution ~$6-___ approving payment of the bills <br />for the month of September, 1986. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be <br />provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> Resolution ~86- <br /> <br /> <br />
