Lance Lindberg is requesting a metes and bounds subdivision of a 16 acre <br />parcel located on the south side of Cry, Rd. ~63 just north of it*s <br />intersection with Variolite Street N.W. Hr. Lindberg is proposing to split the <br />parcel into two lots. Hr, Lindberg will have a sketch plan of his proposed <br />subdivision available at the meeting. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a map showing Hr. Lindberg's property. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />In the past, the Commission has directed requests for metes and bounds <br />subdivisions to go through the minor platting process. In addition, it has <br />been the City's policy to limit driveway access on to County roads. The <br />Commission may wish to recommend that only one access be allowed in to Mr. <br />Lindberg's property. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Will be based on your discussion with Hr.
