DALE <br /> By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Dale Wirz is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a nursery and <br />retail business in the R-IR Residential District on the 40 acres located north <br />of Brookview Estates and east of State Hwy. ~47. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information are the following items: <br /> <br />a) Applicstion <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Public hearing notice <br />d) Properties notified <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />As you probably know, Mr. Wirz is currently constructing a pole building on <br />this property to be used for agricultural purposes, According to Section <br />170.012 of the City Code, agricultural uses include tree, plant and shrub and <br />flower nurseries.
