PAUL ~ERTILS <br />Anne No~ris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Mr. Paul Bertils is requesting sketch plan review of a proposed plat for the <br />40 acres located west of Cty. Rd. ~5 and north of 167th Avenue NW. Mr. Bertils <br />will be present at the meeting with his sketch plan. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a map showing the location of Mr. Bertils' <br />property. <br /> <br />As you recall, Mr. Bertils appeared at the September Planning Commission <br />meeting with a sketch plan of a plat for this property. The Commission <br />recommended that the sketch plan be revised so that any accesses to the <br />property from Cry.
