PLANNING AND ZONING CO~ISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF ]L~$L~ <br /> ANOVA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, September 2, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. Scott Blowers' request for a conditional <br />use permit to operate a manufacturing business in the B-1 Business District. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Roy Shumway <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the public hearing to order at 7:36 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Blowers was present. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that she received a call from Barbara Guy regarding Astrid <br />Guy's concern that the Mr. Blowers manufacturing business might involve the use <br />of chemicals. <br /> <br />Mr. Blowers stated that he assembles the cabinets; the staining and varnishing <br />is done in the home in which they are being installed. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, Howell, <br />Zimmerman, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None.
