PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RA~SL~'Y <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning snd Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, September 2, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Roy Shumway (Arrived 7:42 p.m.) <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular Planning and Zoning meeting to order at <br />7:34 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson adjourned the regular meeting at 7:34 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br /> 1. Request for conditional use permit to utilize an office trailer for <br /> temporary office space in the I-1 Industrial District; case of Master- <br /> Halco, Inc. <br /> <br /> 2. Request for rezoning from R-1 Residential to B-1 Business; case of <br /> Mr. Loren Leininger. <br /> <br /> 3. Request for conditional use permit to operate manufacturing business <br /> in the B-1 Business District; case of Mr. Scott Blowers. <br /> <br /> 4. Request for a conditional use permit to operate an early education <br /> center in the R-1 Residential District; case of Children of Hope Early <br /> Education Center. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular meeting back to order at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br /> None. <br /> <br />APPRO¥~L OF AGENDA <br /> <br /> Commission consensus was to approve the agenda as submitted.
