PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF iG~MSE'Y <br /> ANOn^ COUFrY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted z regular meeting on Tuesday, August 26, 19~ <br />st the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />City Administrator David Martley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Community Development Director A~ne Norris <br />Reporter Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:35 <br />p.m. and led in the Fledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Darryl Fults - 15410 Barium - Requested an advanced Council opinion regarding a <br />possible request for a metes and bounds subdivision to split off 11.7 acres <br />from Ramsey 67 Industrial Park property. There is a potential buyer and <br />present owners cannot afford platting; new owner would plat after the purchase. <br /> <br />Council consensus was to place Mr. Fuits' request on the meeting agenda for <br />further discussion. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to approve <br />the agenda with the following addition: <br /> <br />Case ~27 - Discussion Regarding Possible Metes And Bounds Subdivision Of <br /> Ramsey 67 Industrial Park; Case Of Darryl Fults. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Cox and Schlueter.
