NOTICE OF PUBLIC BEARIN6 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 7, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. Thomas Berndt of Berndt Development Co., Inc. for a conditional use permit to move in a residential garage for commercial use in the B-1 Business District at 6159 Highway 10 N.W. which property is legally described as follows: Lot 19, Auditor's Subdivision ~96, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that part described as follows, to wit: Commencing at the Northwest cromer of said Lot 19, then Southeasterly on the Northerly line of Lot 19 a distance of 125 feet; thence Southerly and parallel with the Westerly line of Lot 19 to the South line of Lot 19; thence West on the South line of said Lot 19 a distance of 125 feet more or less to the Southwest corner of said Lot 19, thence Northerly on the Westerly line of said Lot 19, 285 feet more or less to the place of commencement, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Anoka County, State of Minnesota. -and- Lot 17, Auditor's Subdivision ~96, except the Westerly 125 feet thereof, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Deeds, Anoka County, State of Minnesota. Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the conditional use permit request. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
