That members of the wedding party would come to the Applicant's home <br /> for tuxedo size measurements and that the customers again would come to <br /> Applicant's home on a separate occasion to return the tuxedos. <br /> <br /> 27. That the Applicant estimates that the maximum number of wedding <br /> parties requiring her tuxedo rental service would be four/month. <br /> <br /> 28. That the Applicant has presented a petition signed by 18 different <br /> neighborhood residential units stating that they have no objection to the <br /> proposed use. <br /> <br /> 29. That City Council has not had the opportunity to have City Staff <br /> determine the exact residential location of all individuals signing the <br /> petition. <br /> <br /> 30. That the Applicant has stated that she would agree to a two-year <br /> maximum duration of the conditional use permit if the Council were to <br /> August 26, 1986 <br /> <br /> Page 17 of 25 <br /> <br /> <br />
