Subdivision, Anoka County, ginnesota, described as follows: Beginning at <br />the intersection of the Northerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 10 and <br />169 and the East line of said section also being the Southeast corner of <br />said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly along said highway right-of-way line a <br />distance of 36.30 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of <br />Section 28, Township 32, Range 25 a distance of 203.46 feet to the actual <br />point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence West and parallel <br />with the South line of said section a distance of 85 feet; thence North <br />and parallel with the East line of said section to the Northerly line of <br />said Lot 7 which said Northerly line is also the Southerly railroad right- <br />of-way line; thence East along said railroad right-of-way to a point on a <br />line drawn parallel with and 33 feet West of the East line of said Section <br />28; thence South alongsaid parallel line to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in it's duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. That adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be provided <br />on the site. <br /> <br />2. That there shall be no salvage or junk yard activities conducted from this <br />business or in conjunction with this business. <br /> <br />3. There shall be no more <br />site. <br /> <br />automobiles for sale at any one time on the <br /> <br />4. Mr. Simons shall provide a total of <br />spaces. <br /> <br />customer and employee parking <br /> <br />5. Mr. Simons shall obtain any local and State licenses that are required. <br /> <br />6. Mr. Simons shall surface (blacktop or concrete) the driveway and <br />customer parking area(s)by ..... <br /> <br />7. Any signs erected on the premises shall be in accordance with Section <br />170.015 of the City Code. <br /> <br />8. There shall be no parking of any vehicles on any highway right-of-way. <br /> <br />9. Only operable vehicles for sale shall be stored on the site. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Steve Simons hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit and <br />that he has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has agreed that he will <br />cause compliance with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
