CONDITIONAL USE PERHIT DALE WIRZ ST, FRANCIS BLVD, NoWo RAHSEY, NIIRNESOTA On November ~, 1986 a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Dale Wirz for the operation of a nursery and retail business in the R1-R Residential District at the property legally described as follows: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeaster Quarter of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the interseciton of the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter with the centerline of State Highway No. 47 as now laid out and constructed; thence East along said South line a distance of 733 feet; then North at a right angle to a point 966 feet South of the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; then West parallel with said South line to the intersection with the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47; then Southerly along said centerline to the actual point of commencement. -and- The South 360 feet of all that part of the ~orth Half of the ~ortheast Quarter of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of the center line of State Highway No. 47 (Except ~25, ~35, ~45, ~55, ~65, and ~75). -and- The South 360 feet of the East 111 feet, as measured at right angles,k of the Northeast Quarter of the Hortheast Quarter of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying South of the North 611 feet, as measured along the East line thereof. This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in it's duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. Mr. Wirz shall store any materials only in accordance with the site plan submitted and approved by the Planning Commission and City Council. 2. Mr. Wirz shall not permit the accumulation of trash or debris on the site and shall maintain the site in a neat and orderly manner. 3. Mr. Wirz shall provide__ customer and employee parking spaces. parking spaces shall be surfaced in a manner acceptable to the City. Such 4.
