CONDITIONAL USE PERHIT <br /> DALE WIRZ <br />ST, FRANCIS BLVD, NoWo <br /> RAHSEY, NIIRNESOTA <br /> <br />On November ~, 1986 a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Dale Wirz <br />for the operation of a nursery and retail business in the R1-R Residential <br />District at the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeaster Quarter of Section <br />11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the interseciton of the South line of said Northwest Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter with the centerline of State Highway No. 47 as <br />now laid out and constructed; thence East along said South line a distance <br />of 733 feet; then North at a right angle to a point 966 feet South of the <br />North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; then West <br />parallel with said South line to the intersection with the centerline of <br />State Trunk Highway No. 47; then Southerly along said centerline to the <br />actual point of commencement. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />The South 360 feet of all that part of the ~orth Half of the ~ortheast <br />Quarter of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />lying East of the center line of State Highway No. 47 (Except ~25, ~35, <br />~45, ~55, ~65, and ~75). <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />The South 360 feet of the East 111 feet, as measured at right angles,k of <br />the Northeast Quarter of the Hortheast Quarter of Section 11, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying South of the North 611 feet, as <br />measured along the East line thereof. <br /> <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in it's duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. Mr. Wirz shall store any materials only in accordance with the site plan <br />submitted and approved by the Planning Commission and City Council. <br /> <br />2. Mr. Wirz shall not permit the accumulation of trash or debris on the site <br />and shall maintain the site in a neat and orderly manner. <br /> <br />3. Mr. Wirz shall provide__ customer and employee parking spaces. <br />parking spaces shall be surfaced in a manner acceptable to the City. <br /> <br />Such <br /> <br />4. Mr. Wirz shall surface his driveway in a manner acceptable to the City. <br /> <br />5. Mr. Wirz may install signs only as permitted in the City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
