CASE #5: <br /> <br />DISCUSSION REGARDING NOVEMBER 20, 1986 WITH PLANNING COMMISSION, <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, at their last joint meeting the Planning Commission and <br />Economic Development Commission set the next joint meeting date for <br />November 20, 1986. In addition, both Commissions determined that the City <br />Council should be invited to attend to discuss the issues regarding Plants <br />and Things (the recent accessory structure, parking areas, site plan, <br />etc.). The Commission should determine what other items they wish to <br />discuss with the City Council and Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br />To date, I have the following items to be discussed at this meeting: <br /> <br />1) Plants and Things. <br />2) Development controls for commercial and industrial areas. <br />3) Frontage road along Hwy, #10. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Will be based on your discussion. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator .. <br />Attorney <br />Engineer .. <br />Community Development Director ~ <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Other <br /> <br /> <br />
