NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 5, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota.
