Status Of I~oad ]~asement between ~con Marketin~ And The Former Welch Auto:

Mr. Goodrich stated that there is a road easement between Ecoa Marketing and
the former Welch Auto; that road also accesses a couple of other properties
on the Mississippi River. During Econ's firming up of property deeds, it was
necessary for the City to survey this road for centerline; now would be an
appropriate time to discuss whether or not the City will want to upgrade and
extend that road to Rivlyn or let it remain as a minimal size road. The ares
is congested and Mr. Pratt is very concerned that the City maintain the
easement to provide adequate access, especially in emergency situations.

Mr. Hartley stated that the appropriate action would be to conduct an
informational meeting with affected property owners.

Discussion RegardinE Connection Of Cry.
