DEVELOPMENT PE~d~lT <br /> <br /> JE~ COFFIN <br />JAC AUTO ~PAIR <br />6336 RIC~AY 10 N.W. <br /> ]tAHSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On October , 1986, approval was issued by the Ramsay City Council to <br />3arty Coffin for the construction of an accessory structure in the B-I Business <br />district on the property at 6336 ~ighway 10 I~.W. which property is legally <br />described as follc~s: <br /> <br />A tract of land if Section 35. Township 32, Nortb Range 25 West, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at a point on the <br />Southerly right-of-way line of State Trunk Highway Number 10, formerly <br />known as the United States Military Road, which said point is 394 feet <br />Southeasterly from the point of intersection of said Southerly right-of- <br />way line with the West line of said Section 35, thence Northwesterly along <br />the said Southerly right-of-way line a distance of 149.6 feet more or less <br />to a point on said Southerly right-of-way line which is 244.4 feet <br />Southerly from the intersection of said Southerly right-of-way line and <br />the West line of said Section 35, thence Southwesterly at right angles to <br />said Southerly right-of-way line a distance of 140 feet, thence South 65 <br />degrees, 20 minutes East a distance of 26.3 feet, thence South parallel <br />with and 189.2 feet East of the West line of said Section 35 a distance of <br />267.2 feet, thence East at right angles to above last described course a <br />distance of 119.3 feet, thence North and parallel with the West line of <br />231.3 feet, thence Northeasterly a distance of I23 feet to place of <br />beginning and excepting the Easterly 17.2 feet thereof and containing one <br />acre and being a part of Lot 4 and Lot 5, Auditor's Subdivision No. 29, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City Code· <br />The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />The accessory structure shall be a pole building and shall be painted <br />in colors to match the existing structures on the parcel. In <br />addition, Mr. Coffin shall construct a facade for this structure to <br />comply with the specifications of the City Code. This facade shall be <br />constructed by June 1, 1989. The construction of this facade shall be <br />in accordance with the specifications of the City Building Official. <br /> <br />The accessory structure shall be used for storage only until the <br />interior has been properly renovated for office use and adequate <br />surfaced parking has been provided. The renovation of the interior <br />shall be constructed in accordance with the specifications of the City <br />Building official. <br /> <br />The construction of the accessory structure shall be as shown on the <br />building design plan submitted and as approved by the City Building <br />Of f ic isl. <br /> <br /> <br />
