RANSEY, MINNESOTA On October , 1986, approval was issued by the R~msey City Council to Great Plains Gas for the construction of an office/display structure in the I-1 Industrial district on the property at 7411 Highway 10 N.W. which property is legally descried as follows: That part of the Southeast Q~arter, Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Conmencing at the southeast corner of said Section 28; thence on an assumed bearing of North 0 degrees, 28 minutes, 50 seconds l/est, along the east line of said Southeast Quarter of Section 28, a distance of 164.43 feet to monument A- 85 on the northerly right-of-way boundary line of Trunk Highway No. 10 as shown on MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION PLAT 02-M4, filed as Anoka County Recorder Document No. 541039; thence North 65 degrees 51 minutes 38 seconds West, along said northerly right-of-way line, a distance of 806.12 feet to monument A-39, as shown on said plat; thence continue along said northerly right-of-way line on a tangential curve, concave to the northeast, radius 22,673.76 feet, for a central angle of I degree 18 minutes 57 seconds, and a distance of 520.81 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continue northwesterly alor~ said curve for a central angle of 0 degbrees, 23 minutes, 27 seconds, and a distance 154.67 feet to monument A-37, as shown on said plat; thence North 64 degrees 09 minutes 14 seconds West, alon~ said northerly right-of- way line, a distance of 95.64 feet; thence North 1 degree 25 minutes 00 seconds l/est a distance of 60 feet to the intersection with the southerly right-of-way line of Burlington Northern Railroad Company; thence South 66 degrees 42 minutes 01 second East, along said railroad right-of-way line, a distance of 253.26 feet to the intersection with a line bearing North 0 degrees, 05 minutes, 02 seconds l/est from said point of beginning; thence South 0 degrees, 05 minutes, 02 seconds East a distance of 314.98 feet to the point of beginning. This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsay City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: 1. The structure shall be finished with fir siding as noted on the building plans. 2. The structure shall be used for office/display space. 3. The construction of the structure shall be as shown on the building design plan submitted and as approved by the City Building Official. 4. Landscaping and surfaced off-street parking shall be provided as shown in the landscaping plan submitted. 5. All disturbed areas shall be restored with seed or sod.
