Peter Chalich of Chalich Trucking, Inc. is proposing to construct a 48' x <br />72' pole building to be used for truck storage at 8049 146th Avenue N.W. This <br />property is located in the I-1 Industrial District, <br /> <br />Section 170.017L of the city code states that all exterior wall finishes on any <br />commercial or industrial building shall be of material other than metal on at <br />least 50% of the exposed vails.
