RANSEY, MINNESOTA On October , 1986, approval was issued by the Ramsey City Council to Mr. Peter Chalich and Chalich Trunking Inc. for the construction of a storage facility in the I-I Industrial district on the property at 8049 146th Avenue N.W. which property is legally described as follows: Lot 4, Block 2, HY-10 RAMSEY, according the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: The structure shall be a pole building and shall be painted in colors to match the existing structures on the parcel. In addition, Mr. Chalich shall construct a facade for this structure to comply with the specifications of the City Code. This facade shall be constructed by September 1, 1987. The construction of this facade shall be in accordance with the specifications of the City Building Official. The structure shall be used for storage only until the interior has been properly renovated for office use and adequate surfaced parking has been provided. The renovation of the interior shall be constructed in accordance with the specifications of the City Building official. The construction of the structure shall be as shown on the building design plan submitted and as approved by the City Building Official. Outside storage of all equipment and/or trash, except in appropriate containers, is not permitted. 5. All disturbed areas shall be restored with seed or sod. 6. Any on site sewage disposal systems shall be constructed in accordance with the specifications of the City Building Official. Mr. Peter Chalich and Chalich Trucking Inc. hereby acknowledge receipt of this permit and that they have reviewed the conditions of this permit and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of this permit.
