PROPOSED VARIANCE <br />LAWRENCE AND SHERRIE THOLE <br /> 17440 GIBBON STREET N.W. <br /> RAMSEY ~ MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On October 30, 1986 a variance was issued by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment <br />to Lawrence and Sherrie Thole for the construction of an accessory <br />structure in their front yard in front of their home at 17440 Gibbon Street <br />N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Deerwood, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to Section 170.013 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. This variance is perpetual in it's duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br />variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The accessory structure shall be constructed in accordance with <br /> the specifications of the City. <br /> <br />2. No commercial or industrial activity shall be conducted from the <br /> accessory structure. <br /> <br />3. The accessory structure shall be finished with colors to match the <br /> existing principal structure on the property. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Lawrence and Sherrie Thole hereby acknowledge receipt of this variance and <br />that they have reviewed the conditions of the variance and have agreed that <br />they will comply with the terms of this variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
