Screening shall be placed along property <br />lines. <br /> <br />LIGHTING <br /> <br />Any lighting used to illuminate an off-street parking area, <br />sign or structure, shall be arranged to deflect light away from <br />any adjoining residential district or public street. Bulbs <br />emitting in excess of 3000 lumens (150 watts) shall be so <br />directed that the bulb is not visible from off of the property <br />where such light source is located. <br /> <br />ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL <br /> <br /> All exterior wall finishes on any building shall be: <br /> a. face brick; <br /> b. natural stone; <br /> c. specifically designed precast concrete units whose <br /> surfaces have been integrally treated with an' applied <br /> decorative material or texture; <br /> d. factory fabricated or finished metal framed panel <br /> construction, if the panel material is to be of those <br /> noted in a, b, or c above; or <br /> e. other material as may be approved by the Planning Com- <br /> mission and City Council. <br /> Combinations of such materials shall be permitted. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND CRITICAL RIVERS REGULATIONS <br /> <br />Certain areas in the B-1 district are located within <br />Environmental Protection and Critical Rivers areas and are <br />subject to additional regulations as specified in Section <br />170.018. <br /> <br />FLOOD PLAIN REGULATIONS <br /> <br />Certain areas in the B-1 district are located within designated <br />Flood Plains and are subject to additional regulations as <br />specified in Section 170.019. <br /> <br />SCENIC RIVERS REGULATIONS <br /> <br />Certain areas in the B-1 district are located within Scenic <br />Rivers areas and are subject to additional regulations as <br />specified in Section 170.0110. <br /> <br />64 <br /> <br /> <br />
