PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT 0i~ <br />NASTER-RALC0, linC. <br /> <br />1. That Master-Halco, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has <br />properly applied for s conditional use permit to utilize an office trailer for <br />temporary office space in the I-1 Industrial district at 14000 Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Co~mission for <br />public hearing pursuant to Section l?O.O13D of the City Code on September <br />1986 and said public hearing was properly advertised and minutes of that public <br />hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the property which is the subject of the application is located at <br />14000 Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 1, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NUHBER 30, Anoka County, <br />Hinnesota, descried as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel I: Commencing at a point on the East line of said Lot I a distance <br />of 1,295 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof; thence North 67 <br />degrees 47 minutes West a distance of 380 feet to the point of beginning <br />of land to be describedi thence continue North 67 degrees 47 minutes West <br />on same described line to a point which is 660 feet West of the East line <br />of said Lot 1 as measured parallel to the North line of said Lot 1; thence <br />North and parallel to the East line of said Lot 1 to a point on the <br />Southeasterly extension of the Northeasterly line of Lot 2 said AUDITOR'S <br />SUBDIVISION NO. 30; thence Southeasterly on the Southeasterly extension of <br />the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2 to a point which is 380 feet as <br />measured on a bearing of North 67 degrees 47 minutes West from a point on <br />the East line of said Lot 1, said point being 1,003 feet South of the <br />Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence South and parallel to the East line <br />of said Lot 1 a distance of 292 feet to the point of beginning; for the <br />purpose of this description the East line of said Lot 1 is assumed to bear <br />due North. <br /> <br />4. That the subject parcel is located in the I-1 Industrial district and <br />temporary office structures are not permitted uses in that district. <br /> <br />That the adjacent property is zoned I-1 Industrial. <br /> <br />6. That the Ramsey City Council granted a similar conditional use permit for a <br />temporary office structure to Great Plains Gas at 7411 ~ighway I0 N.W. <br /> <br />7. That the proposed structure will not create a significant increase in <br />traffic flow to the area. <br /> <br />8. That there is another similar, conditional use in the City. <br /> <br />9. That the proposed structure will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental to <br />persons residing or working in the area. <br /> <br /> <br />
