LO~EN LEININGE~ <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Leininger is requesting that a portion of his property located south of <br />167th Avenue ~.W. and across from Quicksilver Street N.W. and Danner's Cabinets <br />be rezoned from the existing R-IR Residential to B-1 Business. The portion Mr. <br />Leininger is requesting rezoned is approximately 4.5 acres in size.
