NOTICE OF PUBLIC BEARING <br /> <br /> ClT~ OF ~SEY <br /> ANOKA COUNT~/ <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT NAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning <br />Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 2, 1986 at 7:30 <br />p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Children of Hope <br />Early Education Center for a conditional use permit to operate an early <br />education center for 20 children in the R-1 residential district at 5730 179th <br />Lane N.W. vhich property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The West 10 acres of the East 20 acres of Lot 1, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION <br />NUMBER 27, Anoka County, Minnesota. Subject to the rights of the public <br />in and to County State Aid Highway No. 7.
