By: <br /> <br /> INFOR/IATION <br />Anne ~orria, Co~mnity Development Director <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />The Park Commission reviewed the Worthfork development with respect to park <br />dedication and determined s proposed trail corridor and park area to tie <br />into the existing Whispering Pines Park and to link to the Trott Brook <br />corridor alonE the northern portion of the ltorthfork property· This <br />recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council with the final plat of <br />Northfork. A map showing the proposed trail corridor and park will be <br />available at the meeting. <br /> <br />The City Council approved Mr. David Tranby's request for a metes and bounds <br />subdivision as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />The City Council approved Mr. and Mrs. Roger Meyers' request for a metes <br />and bounds subdivision as recommended by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />The City Council denied Mr. Scott Springer's request for a conditional use <br />permit to operate a snow plowing operation from his home. The Planning and <br />Zoning Commission recommended approval of Mr. Springer's request· <br /> <br />The City Council approved Mr. Raudio's request for final plat approval of <br />the simple subdivision. However, the Council approved a plat consisting of <br />3 lots going east and west as the Planning Commission originally reviewed <br />and discarded; and conditioned the platting on the two northerly lots using <br />a temporary common access from County Road 83 and access to the southern <br />lot coming from 147th Lane N.W. The Council also requested a 120' easement <br />for the future extension of County Road 116 between the two northerly lots. <br /> <br />The City Council discussed revoking Mr. Root's conditional use permit to <br />operate an automobiles sales and repair lot at 14770 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and <br />granted Mr. Root a 30 day extension to comply with the terms of his <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The City Council approved a metes and bounds subdivision requested by Mr. <br />Bruce Bacon as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />The City Council granted final plat approval to Green Valley Estates <br />requested by Mr. Gerald Bauer as recommended b7 the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />The City Council tabled action on Planning and Zoning comments regarding <br />Plants and Things until the September meeting when a representative or <br />representatives of the Planning Commission can be present to discuss this <br />matter with the Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
