PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, August 5, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Me~ers Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Terry Nendriksen <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular Planning and Zoning meeting to order at <br />?:33 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson adjourned the regular meeting at 7:33 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br /> 1. Request for preliminary plat approval of Stanhope River Hills; case <br /> of Ann Canis and Tom Skiba. <br /> <br /> 2. Request for conditional use permit to operate manufacturing business <br /> in business district; case of Parabody, Inc. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular meeting back to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Howell to approve <br />the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br /> Case ~11 - Request for metes and bounds subdivision; case of Mr. Randy <br /> Dryden. <br /> <br /> Case ~12 - Request for metes and bounds subdivision; case of Mr. 0ohn <br /> August 5, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
