Roger Meyer to split off a 15.6 <br />acre parcel from their existing 40 acre parcel. Further, to require an <br />additional 27' of easement across the northern boundary of the 40 acres for <br />future improvements to County Road ~83. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Randy <br /> <br />Mr. Dryden was present. <br /> <br />The Commission recommended that Mr. Dryden hire a surveyor to work up a <br />proposed subdivision plan and perform soil borings. <br /> <br />Mr. Dryden stated that previous soil borings show that soil corrections are <br />necessary · <br /> <br /> Ns. Norris stated that the City cannot approve a lot split until there is proof <br /> that both lots are buildable. <br /> <br /> ~ Reouest For Metes And Bounds Subdivision: Case Of Nr. 0ohn <br /> <br /> After a brief review it was determined that a metes and bounds subdivision is <br /> not necessary; the proposed new building site is already a lot of record. The <br /> Commission recommended that Mr. Maubrich approach the County regarding access <br /> onto Cty. Hwy. ~5. <br /> <br /> ~ Discussion Regarding Scheduling An Additional Special Meeting <br /> <br /> Ns.
